It has grown to 500–600 subscribers and expanded into comic shops, Barnes & Noble, and Walmart — but as a one-person operation, Blake handles everything himself, leaving digital marketing untouched and visibility as the main constraint on growth.
NPS proposes a Meta paid media program, paired with strategic consulting, to build a measurable acquisition channel without adding to Blake's workload — at a monthly retainer of $1,025 plus a recommended $1,500/month in Meta ad spend.

We propose an agreement with a six (6) month term for the retainer services, beginning within two weeks of signing. The agreement renews month-to-month after the initial term unless either party provides 30 days' written notice; either party may terminate early with 30 days' written notice.
As the subscriber base grows, NPS can layer in structured email marketing and deeper circulation management beyond SimpleCirc's basic features.
